Typical HIE. Check-in was fast and easy, and I was upgraded to a king suite due to my platinum status. The room was spacious. They have the standard breakfast, and they kept everything stocked. There's an outdoor pool, and it is nice, except you can't get back in with your room key. You have to walk around to the front entry. The room had sufficient outlets but some of the USB ports didn't work. Luckily we always bring AC adapters. The TV is big and there were several hundred stations.
Staff were pleasant, breakfast was great. Room was clean but the bathroom had peeling paint, the fan didn't work, the jacuzzi tub had hair in it, and it leaked when showering. The curtains didn't cover the window so the lights shined in all night right on the bed.
Very clean spacious rooms, efficient and friendly staff every visit, quick and attentive housekeeping, and the location is perfect. I've stayed here several times and they're consistent every time. The free breakfast is also one of the better ones, too.
Always travel for work and stay in hotels and Airbnb and the most important is the clean rooms a really good mattress and pillows of course to rest!!!! Holiday Inn Express has that!! Need some updates but was good
During the wake of a natural disaster, this was one of the only places that did not price gauge me. The gentleman must have moved mountains calling everyone to confirm their reservations. If he had not worked as hard as he did for my family, we would have had nowhere to stay. I'm extremely thankful, may God bless him and his loved ones. Best customer service I've ever experienced.
We enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable. The hotel is showing some wear and could use some maintenance. The bathroom needs some repairs. The overall stay was good. There was a big breakfast and the staff running the kitchen area were very nice and helpful.
Checked in last night with a co- worker. Katina and an Asian lady, that I'm so sorry for not being able to remember her name, but they both were at the front desk. They were So very friendly and they made sure not only did we get a rooms, but their hospitality and caring, was so very welcoming. Such friendly staff and be treated so kindly after a long and frustrating day at work, it was after 10pm, made me feel really appreciated. Room was great, breakfast was great, and these 2 workers, I feel made my checking in so easy. A Big Shout Out For These 2 People, Who Still Have Such Great Attitudes when dealing with the public.
I have stayed at ALOT of hotels and my husband and i have had the most peaceful,comfortable stay we have EVER experienced here... thank you. It was much needed and we will be back and we will recommend this hotel to anyone coming to this area....thank you to all the staff
